we maintain a high standard of service. Every endeavour is made
to ensure we maintain this standard, from service vehicles with
mobile phones to RELIEF machines should your equipment need
repair.

You
will receive a STICKER on your machine with a SYSTEM NUMBER
on it, this number identifies your machine and is ALL you
will need to quote when placing a service call, or ordering
toner or consumables for your machine. We log your call
at the time it is placed and then we can track the status
of your call. There is an ongoing history of all calls to
your equipment.
